eBay.com has recently announced that their old-search format will be phased-out in April. The new “search” system gives users the ability to specify a range of criteria from payment method and item location, to specifics of colour, size and item condition, category, buyer location, etc.

eBay claims the new search system is widely accepted by their community of users. However, many of the forums do not claim to provide information that is consistent with ebay's results.

We are not quite sure if the new search system will be implemented in the other ebay sites as well.
