Job Description

We are looking for fresher or 1 year work experience candidate, to co-ordinate e-commerce web projects with our clients globally. Excellent English speaking & writing skills is mandatory.

The role is ideally suited for content writers, amazon catalog associates who wish to move up in their career and work as a Business Analyst, with global clients to manage their ecommerce projects.

The Analyst, will be responsible for owning the overall project delivery as well as recommending best practices for solutions based on client business needs. The purpose of this role is to be the trusted advisor to customers while partnering with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout customer life cycle.

The Business Analyst will also be responsible for writing a technical specifications based on interactions directly with the customer and professional services team.

Good spoken and written communication in English is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather Business Requirements and translate into Technical Requirements.
• Shares similar mentality as existing team members toward customer satisfaction and success
• Be a spokesperson for dZine-Hub with the customer. You are their advocate and champion and work directly with our product team to help improve Clipboard.
• Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
• Co-ordinate with a small team of developers and designers
• Good understanding of UI/UX designs process
• Provide support to clients throughout the project delivery phase

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with project management tools like zoho, trello, etc.,

· Good knowledge of ecommerce

· Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

· Ability to work well under deadlines & communicate across teams.
