Job Responsibilities

  • Managing Direct Customers, Alliance Partners Regional / Country Sales Teams
  • Developing a strong pipeline with customer relationships and winning mandates.
  • Constant acquire Client feedback to internal organizations to enhance our offerings
  • Identify and engage strategic alliance partners to grow the adoption and manage them for mutual long-term growth and value.
  • Constantly review and report Market information in the areas of eCommerce.
  • Full responsibility for the growth and development of our company operation – leveraging your connections across brands directly, educating on the benefits of your solutions while achieving targets.
  • Collect business needs of the businesses and work with the product team to define the product improvement plan and feature bundling to meet the needs of a larger set of customers
  • Develop ‘Go-To Market’ strategies that map industry needs, product capabilities, Direct and Alliances strategy, and use of optimum resource deployments.
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work collaboratively with the Head Office team.
  • Marketing Leadership, Thought Leadership and speaking engagements, Visible and engage the target audience via active participation in events and conferences
  • Contribute by writing articles in professional social media and industry communications.

Required Skills

  • Successful, recent Client Direct Sales experience gained from an Amazon agency, e-Commerce or digital advertising solutions background with current, established client relationships at large, national consumer brands
  • 6+ years working in a fast-growing technology start-up/scale-up.
  • Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills.
  • Very strong knowledge of Indian E-commerce industry/ related technology / warehousing / Payments / Marketplaces / Brand estore
  • Ability to engage and influence a client, Effective in handling technical pre-sales activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
